Learn About the Frameworks

Testimonials

With more than four decades of leadership across banking and global social enterprises, I have learned that growth begins with leaders, flows through people, and ultimately scales the organization. Lead and Scale captures this truth with practical wisdom. Wale Adekanla’s Scalable Leadership Framework™ and ADAPTS™ Change Leadership Model provide disciplined systems for leaders who are serious about building organizations that endure.
Olusoji OyawoyeSocial Entrepreneur, Business Coach, and Author
I have long argued that every policy and strategy that failed, failed at formulation. Lead and Scale demonstrates a similar truth about organizations. Its ADAPTS™ Change Leadership Model does what inspiration alone cannot: it gives leaders an ordered path from alert to sustained change. What moves me most is the book’s dual grounding: frameworks tested in Lagos and Houston and informed by nineteen months of original research. I would place this book in the hands of every emerging African leader who has confused motivation with method.
Prof. Abraham A. A. OsinubiDean, School of Postgraduate Studies, University of Lagos, Nigeria
As someone who has spent years developing leaders across the private, public, and nonprofit sectors, I value books that move beyond inspiration to practical implementation. Lead and Scale does exactly that. Wale Adekanla provides a thoughtful, structured framework for developing leaders who can build healthy, sustainable organizations. His emphasis on leadership multiplication and scalable leadership makes this book a valuable resource for executives, founders, public leaders, and anyone committed to creating lasting impact.

Lead and Scale addresses a gap I have lived every day in public leadership. Most leadership books overlook the realities of governance, legislative process, and institutional complexity. Wale Adekanla provides public sector leaders with a practical operating system that is thoughtful, implementable, and grounded in real leadership challenges. The 7 Big Moves and the ADAPTS™ Change Leadership Model gave language to challenges we face but rarely name. I recommend this book to every public leader responsible for turning vision and policy into meaningful results.
